Stronger Protection on Two-Step Login
We've added limits on one-time passcode attempts during login. Repeated incorrect codes now trigger a temporary lockout, which helps protect accounts from bots trying to guess codes.

iOS App 1.8.1: Crash Fix
Version 1.8.1 of the iOS app fixes a crash some users experienced after updating to 1.8.0. If you're still on 1.8.0, please update from the App Store.

New Agricultural Safety Audit Series
A new series of four agricultural safety audit forms has been added to the Form Library. Each form went through several rounds of review before release, and they're ready to use or adapt for your own farm or property.

Sign-Up Protection
The sign-up page now limits repeated requests on the server, which helps block sign-up attempts from bots without adding extra steps for genuine users.

A Refreshed DIGI CLIP Look
We introduced a new colour system built around Forest Green, with clearer primary buttons, consistent status colours and links that are easier to spot. Follow-up refinements to colours and components were completed in July.

Session Timeout Warning in the Form Builder
The Form Builder now warns you at 50 minutes of inactivity before logging you out at 60 minutes, so you have time to save your work.

Redesigned Home Page and Dashboard
A cleaner home page with 7-day rolling form submission totals, clearer open actions and more consistent form search and filtering.
Safety Tracker Investigations
A structured investigation template with the 5 Whys built in, Basic or Comprehensive investigation types, witness statements, digital sign-off and PDF reports. About Safety Tracker.
Action Log
The Action Register is now the Action Log, with overdue action alert emails, a close-out verification form and a choice of one-step or two-step close-out. About the Action Log.
Stripe Payments
Subscription payments are handled securely online through Stripe.
Mobile Form Handling
Improvements to draft forms, offline completion, image-heavy inspections and working in low-connectivity areas.

Action Log Refresh
We’re currently working on a refresh of the Action Log, including:
- a cleaner layout and structure
- updated colour tokens to match the refreshed DIGI CLIP look
- improved No Action Required (NAR) functionality
- better metadata capture
- recurring actions
We’ll share more detail here as it moves into testing.
