Our Story: Built From the Safety Manager's Side of the Desk
DIGI CLIP was founded by Michael Harvey, whose career has been spent on the practical end of safety and compliance. That includes time as Safety Manager for Linfox Logistics on the BHP Billiton Olympic Dam contract and years working as a safety and risk management consultant.
Across all of those roles, the same problem kept showing up. Checklists got completed, but the issues they found were easy to lose. A defect written on a paper form might never reach the person who could fix it, and when an auditor asked whether it had been fixed, the answer was often buried in an inbox or a filing cabinet.
DIGI CLIP was built to close that gap. Michael went on to complete a Master's in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Adelaide, and DIGI CLIP was developed by Safety Tracker Pty Ltd as a practical, no-nonsense tool for the people doing the work and the people responsible for it.
