Data Breach Response Policy
DIGI CLIP maintains a documented Data Breach Response Policy to ensure any suspected or confirmed data breach is swiftly identified, contained, assessed, and, where required by law, notified to affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Our procedures meet the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme. We also adopt key GDPR-aligned privacy controls, but we do not claim full GDPR compliance.
