How does the investigation process work?

Once a report is lodged, a manager can open an Investigation. This allows you to record witness statements, assess contributing factors, perform a risk assessment, and determine the root cause before assigning corrective actions.

Can investigations be linked to the Action Register?

Absolutely. Once an investigation is complete and corrective actions are identified, they are automatically created in the Action Register for tracking and close-out verification.
