Every incident, near miss and hazard is recorded in one place, so you can see what is happening across sites rather than piecing it together from emails and spreadsheets.
- Severity and type: the investigator sets the severity level (Critical, High, Moderate or Low) and chooses a Basic or Comprehensive investigation.
- Lost time injuries: LTIs are recorded, and your lost time injury frequency rate (LTIFR) is tracked over time.
- Actions to close-out: overdue actions trigger escalation emails, and close-out can be one-step or two-step with evidence.
