Where should I start?
Start with the two Quick Start videos: one for the cloud software and one for the mobile app. Then work through the DIGI CLIP section to set up your forms and users.
Are the training videos free?
Yes. All DIGI CLIP training videos are free to watch here or on YouTube.
Which videos are for administrators?
The admin guides cover bulk exporting forms as PDFs and cancelling a tenant subscription. Both use the Admin Tools menu.
What should I try if the Android app isn't working properly?
Start by fully closing and reopening the app, then try clearing the app cache. Only clear app data or reinstall if the problem continues, or if DIGI CLIP support advises it. There's a video for each step in the Support section.
